Shipping & Returns Policy


Shipping is calculated at checkout dependant on your delivery address. You can select different shipping options. 'Second class-signed for' shipping estimates a delivery time of 3 - 5 business days - some delays may be experienced at peak times such as the run up to Christmas. 'First Class-signed for' shipping is available  should you wish to choose a faster delivery option. Estimated delivery time for 'First class - signed for' is 1 - 2 business days - some delays may be experienced at peak times such as the run up to Christmas. Click and Collect option is available - kerbside pick up only. Please await confirmation via email of a suitable pick up time.



At Figment Ceramics we want you to be happy with every purchase you make with us. If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, please contact us via email to discuss your concerns. You may return any product in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or replacement (as appropriate) within 14 days. Where first or second class postage has been paid at checkout, we will not return the cost of postage.


Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product, the product is undamaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of returning the order with suitable insurance cover. You will be liable for the product until delivery is confirmed by Figment Ceramics.

In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return products :

  • where there has been an error in the price or description of the product ordered or

  • the product is damaged or faulty (i.e unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose).


You are entitled to a refund where the products are returned to us within 14 days of purchase.


After 14 days, you are entitled to a replacement product only.

If your goods are received faulty or damaged once packaging is opened, please contact us by email: Figment Ceramics will cover the cost of returning faulty or damaged items.

Please note that we may require images and/or videos of any damage for our records and you will need to return the product(s) before a replacement or refund is issued.

Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged).



All custom and/or personalised orders cannot be returned unless damaged. We hope you understand this as these items are all made to order following detailed consultations between the maker and the customer.


We recommend booking an appointment to visit the studio and discussing custom orders in person. Custom orders require full payment in advance.
