About the event
Join me at Belfast Ceramics Studio for a 2 day course focusing on developing glazing techniques to enhance texture in your ceramic work. Week one will involve practical glaze application, layering of colours, glaze consistency and the process of organising glaze tests. Week one we will also create some textural pieces for glazing in week two.
Week two will involve scrutiny of the glaze tests, learning from your choices and selecting suitable glaze combinations to glaze the created textural pieces.
Work will be fired and can be collected at a later date from Belfast Ceramics Studio. All materials and tools will be provided. Click on the link to book.
